Please note – our outdoor rooftop plunge pool is now closed for Winter. We will reopen on Memorial Day Weekend 2018.

We offer a 24-hour fitness center featuring the latest Fitness cardio equipment, weight machines and free-weights to keep you balanced and tension-free. Personal training is available upon request.

Package Handling

Receiving and Delivery Handling Fees:

  • First three packages (weighing less than 20 lbs) are complimentary
  • Any packages in excess of three (weighing less than 20 lbs) will be charged USD 5 per package
  • Packages over 20 pounds will be charged USD 10 per package
  • Pallets are subject to a USD 75 fee per pallet, plus USD 1 per pound

** In efforts to accommodate all guests, we request that shipments do not arrive earlier than three days prior to arrival. An additional USD 10 storage fee per day will be charged if shipments arrived more than three days before the guest’s arrival date.

Stored packages will be picked up at the Mail and Information Desk or delivered to the guest room within 48 hours. Packages not picked up or requested to be delivered to the guest or meeting room will be charged USD 10 storage fee per day.

Shipping Out Handling Fee:

In addition to the shipping cost issued by DefEx, UPS, DHL, USPS an all other carriers, the following handling fees will be applied:

  • USD 10 per box (weighing less than 20 lbs.) and USD 20 per case for FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and all other carriers
  • USD 75 per pallet

Book your stay and we will provide on loan a selection of dog amenities such as a Plush pet-bed, Drinking and eating bowls and a stylish Leash. Plus we will give your pooch some chew toys and individually wrapped Greenies to keep them extra happy during their time at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side.

Pet Amenities will need to be requested.


Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant or inside the pool area.

  • There will be one dog or cat permitted per guest, per room.
  • There will be a $50 charge per stay posted to your room upon check in.
  • In addition to the deep cleaning fee, the owner is responsible for any damage to the hotel or surrounding property caused by the pet.
  • Dogs/cats must be crated when the guest is not the room.
  • Housekeeping will not enter the room if the dog or cat is not crated.
  • All dogs must be leashed when on hotel premise. Cats the same or securely handled.
  • Hotel Indigo® Lower East Side reserves the right to ask the owner, at his or her expense, to kennel the dog or cat at another facility if the animal presents a hazard to another guest or staff, and/or if the animal is creating operational issues.
